Insurance Accepted

Insurance is accepted under Alma. I currently accept the following insurance providers:

• Aetna
• Optum- includes United Healthcare, Oscar and Oxford (as well as several other health plans under Optum)

If I do not accept your insurance and you are still interested in therapy, you may check with your insurance company to see if you have “out of network provider” benefits. In this case, I can provide a super bill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. For questions regarding insurance coverage, please contact your insurance company directly.

Private Pay Patients

The fee for therapy can be discussed prior to scheduling a session. 

Cancellation Policy

I require one business days notice (24 hours) to cancel or reschedule your appointment or you will be charged a late cancellation fee. Unfortunately I cannot bill your insurance for late cancellations or missed sessions.
