I received my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) and have over 15 years of experience providing psychological services across a variety of settings. Throughout my career, I have worked in hospitals, outpatient clinics, schools, private practice and community-based agencies, allowing me to develop a broad and well-rounded clinical perspective.
I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges. I believe that effective therapy begins with creating a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood and supported.
The patients I most often see are struggling with depression, general anxiety, panic, OCD, romantic and family relationships, parenting, infertility, pregnancy or perinatal loss and/or other difficult life circumstances. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space to process what you’re going through, gain insight and provide practical tools, and develop healthier ways of coping and moving forward. Together, we can also work to uncover patterns in your relationships and help you handle whatever difficulty you may be facing.
I believe therapy should feel like a genuine conversation where you feel truly seen and understood. I’m an engaged, collaborative therapist who will listen, ask thoughtful questions, share my perspective, and work alongside you to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing. My goal is for therapy to feel supportive and comfortable.
